User Guide for Instructors
Who can create an account:
You may create a Class Profile Account if you are currently registered in the Essentrics Instructor Certification Program and have passed Level 1 or above. Once your account is approved by head office, you will receive an email confirmation, which will allow you to log into your account and begin submitting your Essentrics classes to appear through the “Find a Class” Tool. Please allow up to 2 business days for approval.
Note: The class information you provide will be visible to the public, enabling them to search for classes according to instructor name, fitness location, or map location.
Please read the following instructions before submitting your classes.
Adding a studio/gym class location:
Submit the locations where you teach classes (ie: studio, gym, community centre, etc.) – one at a time. For each location submission, you may enter your full class schedule (class type, day, start/end time).
Adding private classes:
Selecting this class option is beneficial for instructors of all levels as it allows people from our website to contact you when they are interested in Essentrics. If you find yourself not holding any formal group classes, you will be able to use people’s interest inquiries to develop your practice, gain momentum and get the word out about your teaching. When you are Certified Level 3 and 4, you will have the skillset and experience to help clients on more of an individually-tailored basis. *Please make sure to enter your zip/postal code on the map and not a specific address for this private class option.

If you are including an email address for people to get in touch with you directly, to ensure privacy, we highly recommend that you don’t use your personal email. Please create or use a work-related email instead.
Modify/delete a class you’ve submitted:
To make changes to your classes currently on the map, please log into your Class Profile Account.
