Essentrics TV is an online streaming platform that offers live virtual classes and unlimited access to 400+ Essentrics workouts, including all seasons of the Classical Stretch TV Series on PBS. Enjoy new workouts and health challenges (added regularly), available exclusively to members.
All videos are accessible 24/7—from your computer, smartphone, tablet and smart TV—enabling you to work out anytime, anywhere!
The Essentrics® technique, created by Miranda Esmonde-White, is a functional fitness class that combines dynamic stretching and strengthening to rebalance the body, improve flexibility, relieve pain, and enhance overall mobility. You can experience Essentrics through live classes led by certified instructors worldwide or on demand through the Essentrics TV streaming platform. Classical Stretch is the TV series format hosted by Miranda Esmonde-White that brings the Essentrics technique to a wider audience. It has been broadcast on American Public Television since 1999, making it their longest-running fitness show. Seasons 6–15 are available on the Essentrics TV streaming platform.

Memberships are charged on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time. You may also offer streaming as a gift (1-12 month options available).
Important: You’ll be asked to enter your credit card to start your free trial, however, you will NOT be charged until your 14-day trial is over. If you cancel on the 14th day or before, you will not be charged and will have access to streaming until your trial period is over. If you do NOT cancel in this time frame, you will automatically be billed the streaming fee on a monthly basis.
Note: We currently pre-authorize each credit card with a $1 authorization hold which will be credited back to your account at the end of your free-trial.
You can access Essentrics TV on your computer, smartphone, tablet and smart TV once you become a member and then log in to your account.
Here’s how to access Essentrics TV:
- Watch on your Computer:
– Go to essentricstv.com to access Essentrics TV via your web browser.
- Watch on your smart TV:
– Download our App via Apple TV or Android TV.
OR
– Download our iOS or Android mobile App and then use a mirroring device such as Chromecast, Amazon Fire TV stick, etc. to “mirror” to your smart TV.
OR
– Connect your computer/laptop to your smart TV using an HDMI cable.
OR
– Certain smart TVs that have a built-in web browser, will enable you to access essentricstv.com directly, in which you can log in to your streaming account and watch directly on your TV.
- Watch on your smartphone or tablet:
– Download our iOS or Android mobile App via the Apple app store or via Google Play.

All apps are free to download and offer in app purchases for our monthly streaming service at $19.99/Month CAD & USD.
We encourage you to sign up online via Essentricstv.com first to benefit from the web platform prices of $14.95 USD and $16.75 CAD. Once you’ve created your login via the web platform, you can use the same login credentials to log in to any of the Essentrics TV apps that you download.
You may download the free Essentrics Workout App onto your smartphone, tablet or smart TV.
Please follow these steps:
- Subscribe online on essentricstv.com before downloading the Essentrics App.
- Next, visit the Apple Store or Google Play or the Roku Channel Store to download the App.
- Log into the App with your same credentials from essentricstv.com
Key Features of the App:
– Download workouts within the App for offline viewing (available only on iOS and Android).
– Create a list of your favourite workouts for quick access (available only on iOS and Android).
– Share your daily workout with a friend by emailing or texting them a link to the exact workout from the App. Note: they must be members of Essentrics TV to watch the actual workout.
Essentrics TV workouts are available for offline viewing by downloading them onto our iOS and Android Essentrics TV App only.
To download workouts for offline viewing (via the App):
- Visit the Apple Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) to download the App.
- Open the App on your iOS or Android device, make sure you are connected to the internet.
- Log in if you are not already logged in.
- Click on the workout that you would like to view offline.
- Once the workout is open, click on the “download button” in the top right-hand corner.
- All videos that you have downloaded for offline viewing will be stored in the library section of the App located at the bottom of the screen.
- Once a video has been downloaded for offline viewing, it will be “saved” for the duration of your active subscription.
