If we all had personal mantras, mine would be: vitality through movement. I’ve spent my life exploring dynamic activity and enjoying the benefits that come with it. Athletics, dance and 20+ years of yoga practice have given me strength of body and clarity of mind, balanced with inner awareness.This directly influences my approach to teaching. A-Ha moments of realizing the potential of movement and stillness to positively impact my energy has inspired me to share these insights with my students.
