Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorSumara is a Certified L4 Essentrics Instructor. She has been teaching since 2020, first in Switzerland and now back in her native Montreal. Sumara discovered Essentrics in 2014 during her recovery from shingles. The program restored her health and helped resolve her recurring back issues. Thanks to Essentrics she is living a pain-free life again! Sumara joined the Essentrics Head Office team in 2023 as manager of the Essentrics Flagship Studio at the Honeyrose Hotel.
