Rebecca Armstrong

After retiring from her marketing career, Rebecca took up yoga and began to explore other forms of movement as well. In the course of her exploration, Rebecca became a fan of the Classical Stretch by Essentrics® program on PBS. She decided to pursue teacher certification after falling in love with the fluid, full body movements of the Essentrics technique, as well as its positive impact on her posture, strength and flexibility. She earned her Level 4 certification level in 2021.
