I began my fitness teaching career as a certified yoga instructor. I then became a Certified Level 4 Essentrics® Instructor after finding the method after a dance injury. I then went on to be an Essentrics® Master Trainer, the first in the United States, to help train other instructors. I believe movement should be uplifting, empowering and most of all - it should feel good - not just today but for years to come! I teach the methods of Pilates, Barre, Balletone, & Essentrics
