Karen has been practicing Essentrics® for 12 years and absolutely loves learning about the science behind the program. A proud wife and mother to six (yes, 6!) amazing young men, she brings fun and humor to her classes. Currently studying for her Level 4 exams, she cherishes the Essentrics® Certification process.
