Certified L2 Essentrics InstructorI was never an avid exerciser and simply enjoyed walking as my main form of fitness, until I discovered Essentrics! It has radically changed my life! I am stronger, more flexible and less prone to injury than ever in my life! My husband found complete relief/reversal of plantar fasciitis through Essentrics and no longer "throws" his back out! I knew I wanted to teach this to as many people as possible to age well and live their best lives - pain free, flexible and strong!
