Karine is from Winnipeg, Manitoba and settled with her family in Kenora, Ontario in 2018. She worked in sales and marketing for many years, then decided to switch careers to pursue her interest in health & wellness. From the moment she tried Essentrics, she loved it and decided to become a certified instructor. Her goal is to encourage and motivate others to live a healthy, happy and active lifestyle. She is passionate about Essentrics and the benefits of this wonderful program.
