Certified L2 Essentrics InstructorIn 2014, I became a certified group fitness instructor late in life at fifty years old. I am passionate about helping others create good habits around fitness and nutrition, and in 2018, I found and fell in love with Essentrics becoming certified in Level 1 right away. I continuously seek to develop my skills and increase my knowledge to keep my classes fresh and exciting, and in 2021, I became certified in Level 2 and am currently working on Level 3. I am excited to see you in class soon!
