Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorHello! I have been teaching and working at the Essentrics HQ since 2013 and have been privileged to apprentice with Miranda Esmonde-White ever since. I love helping people towards achieving a greater level of understanding, connection, confidence, strength & joy with their movements & their bodies.
