Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorHello I am a 57 year old reformed runner. Iam married 35 years to the most wonderful and supportive gentleman that Ive ever met. I am Mother of 2 beautiful daughters and grandmother to one handsome grandson. My day job, for the past 28 years is Massage Therapist. After 25 years of mostly full-time, they now call me Master Massage Therapist. I've been teaching at my local YMCA since 1988. Teaching Essentrics at both Oshkosh Y facilities since 2016.
