Certified L1 Essentrics InstructorSteven Gray’s first dance class was at age five in Colorado, and he has danced ever since. After moving to New York as a young man, Steven dance with several companies, including the Danse Theater Susan Burge in Paris, France, before he toured the world with the Nikolias Dance Theater. From 2008 - 2020, Steven taught Gyrotonic. In early 2020 he certified in Essentrics. Steven is delighted to help others find the beauty and strength of Essentrics.
