Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorDyan DeCastro is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor who has been teaching at the Westport Center for Senior Activities (WCSA) for over four years. Dyan has been teaching and promoting Essentrics since 2013 and is passionate about motivating the 50+ population to stay healthy, strong and pain-free. Virtual Essentrics classes via WSCA are gentle to the body while also strengthening and invigorating.
