Sahra’s Menopause Story

“Nine years ago at 41, I had sudden ovarian failure, which sent me straight into menopause. The only symptom I had ever heard of was hot flashes; the anxiety and migraines were a surprise. I noticed more stiffness, tight muscles and joints and connective tissue issues creeping in, but I would do an Essentrics workout and they would disappear; I thought it was normal aging. When the recent study on the musculoskeletal symptoms of menopause was released in 2024, it all made sense. Over the years, I have experienced all the musculoskeletal symptoms. The only thing that kept them at bay, was the dynamic nature of Essentrics. Simultaneous stretching and strengthening, combined with range of motion exercises is the key to treating these symptoms so you can feel like yourself again.
