ESTES PARK, COLORADO | MAY 12-16, 2025
Since the dawn of time, music has been a powerful force for healing, celebration, and inspiration. Like our ancestors, we crave the transformative energy of music—but in today’s world, we’re surrounded by sounds that can uplift or deplete us. Many of us listen to music without thinking about the emotional frequencies it carries and how they can impact our health, for better or worse. It’s a bit like how, years ago, we ate junk food without realizing how harmful it could be. Just as we’ve since become more mindful of what we eat, it’s time to pay closer attention to the music we choose and how it affects our emotional and physical health.
Over the past few decades, the world has been flooded with music that carries higher or lower frequencies. No one has educated us in the difference. This workshop will help you identify the difference and help you choose the best music that can have healing benefits for you and your students.
As an Essentrics instructor you have been learning the difference between movements that heal and ones that can harm. You will be taught how to choose music in the same way as we choose the best movements. This workshop takes Essentrics to a whole new level, educating you in frequencies, tones, beats, rhythms and melodies as we meticulously dissect the fascinating world of music.
This transformative workshop will deepen your understanding of how music enhances Essentrics, allowing you to guide your students toward more profound movement and healing.

Every training I go to, I learn more about myself, about my body and about how to help other people with their bodies. Then the icing on the cake: connecting with other teachers: for support, ideas, possible gnashing of teeth at times and celebration!
- Susan
The level 1 live training is the best money I have spent! I honestly don’t know if I could or would have finished. The training is not only so educational, it is so inspiring! For me the training made all the difference.
- Lynne
I thoroughly enjoy the live trainings especially meeting all the master instructors with all the expertise with cueing and watching us to correct us. And all the wonderful people you meet from all over Ontario!
