I think we all share Miranda Esmonde-White’s goal “Essentrics World Domination” and Sahra’s goal “to help women feel healthy and beautiful as they age”. Edward the Kitty loves Miranda! Almost as much as his mom Katrina Ansley. Katrina is an avid follower of Essentrics, and follows the technique through ETV, she also joined us at our Mexico Symposium Retreat just last year.

Ending the Live Trainings with a celebration! We welcomed our Instructors into our new Essentrics headquarters and hosted our very first Instructor event! Catered with yummy finger food, and including a talk by Essentrics’ business development pro and a speech from Miranda Esmonde-White herself. Thank you everyone for your great energy and enthusiasm.

Move for a Cure Fundraiser
Maya Chammas, founder and president of Move For A Cure, partnered with the Town of Mount-Royal to create a day-long fitness event that included a tennis tournament and fitness classes benefitting the Sainte-Justine Research Centre. The event raised more than 4000$! We were thrilled to have our very own Geneviève Bedard representing Essentrics at the fundraising event.

Raysa has a degree in nutrition and dietetics and is the only certified Essentrics instructor in Turkey.
