Leading our January theme of “Travelling with Essentircs” is Miranda, enjoying the beach in between shoots in her Audrey Hepburn glasses and kimono. Travelling can be hard on our body, lots of walking, sitting and waiting – and sometimes a little too much food and relaxation! Holidays are a time when we are meant to rejuvenate, and a daily Essentrics workout can help – whether on the beach, at the park or in your room.
