Miranda’s PBS Pledge Tour
In 2017, Miranda spent much of her year traveling to Public Broadcasting stations across the United States to help raise funds for local stations by participating in live on-air pledges and hosting special events. Our Aging Backwards and Forever Painless pledge documentaries raised millions of dollars for public television! (pictured GPB Station- Atlanta, Georgia)

Bowie & Rosie – Montreal
An office wouldn’t be complete without furry friends. Rosie Esmonde-White is a daily fixture at the Essentrics office, and her best friend Bowie Garceau stops in for the occasional visit. (Bowie is a Scottish fold while Rosie is a miniature wire-haired dachshund).
Forever Painless has its first year in bookstores!
A personal goal for Miranda was to write and share her knowledge on pain relief. In a year where the overuse of pain medication such as opioids was a major topic in the news, we launched Forever Painless. As a company, we believe that the body can heal most musculoskeletal pain naturally, through movement. We hope to be a part of the non-medication solution to pain relief.

Classical Stretch Season 12, Round Hill
This year we had the privilege of filming Season 12 as well as a handful of additional Essentrics workouts at the exclusive Round Hill Resort in Jamaica. This resort, which has hosted the likes of President Kennedy and Jackie Kennedy, provided us not only with stunning backdrops for you to enjoy while doing your exercises, but also with wonderful hospitality.
Essentrics Full Body Workout Vol.3 & Essentrics Stretch Series
2017 brought you new workouts with new Essentrics trainers! Amanda Cyr, Meg Feeney & Gail Garceau are master trainers in the Essentrics Instructor certification program and have brought you stretch workouts and toning workouts alike. You can find them on our streaming site “ETV” and on DVD.

Classical Stretch Season 12- Round Hill Resort, Montego Bay
Classical Stretch Season 12 was launched in November 2017 with a focus on preventing and reversing the signs of aging. The Classical Stretch series airs in over 80% of the US market via public broadcasting stations.
Retreat at Round Hill – Montego Bay, Jamaica
This October we held our first Essentrics Aging Backwards Retreat at Round Hill Resort. The combination of award-winning service, food and rooms, stunning locations for daily classes and the company of like-minded retreat members makes this a retreat not to be missed.
Spa Eastman- Eastman, Quebec
Spa Eastman has a special place in the hearts of the Essentrics team; located only one hour from Montreal, it is the spa that Miranda uses to regenerate throughout the year and where we all go for rest and rejuvenation. We began hosting retreats at Eastman so we could share this gem with others and we hope to meet you there. (pictured Miranda and Amanda)
Live Teacher Trainings
The number of Essentrics instructors increased 500% over the last 2 years and we’ve seen it in our sold-out live trainings! Throughout the year, instructors travel worldwide for intensive workshops to learn more about the science of the program, and enhance their overall teaching skills. 2017 Live Teacher Trainings were Hosted in:

Miranda at the Women’s Shelter Benefit – West Island, Quebec
Since 1979, the West Island Women’s Shelter has provided safe homes to thousands of women and their children. Miranda was invited to speak at their yearly benefit to raise money and to inspire the women who are inspiring change.
