Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorI discovered Essentrics in early 2019 - I was 56 years old and just beginning to notice some ' tell-tale signs of aging'. My knees and hips were complaining about my daily runs. I thought I was being a hero by pushing through the pain. I decided to quit running for 2 weeks and practice Essentrics exclusively. It was brand new to me. Within just a few days I was noticing some positive changes - I was hooked and haven't looked back. I've been annoyingly passionate and love teaching!
