Continuing Education for Certified Level 4 Instructors:
Elevate Your Essentrics Teaching

Join Essentrics Creator Miranda Esmonde-White and Master Trainer Gail Garceau for a comprehensive five-day workshop designed exclusively for Level 4 graduates. Participants will learn why integrating specific music, targeted corrections, and precise geometry of movement makes Essentrics a transformative full-body workout that is of growing interest in both the scientific community and the health-conscious public.

Discover the Powerful Connections Between Music, Anatomy, and the Brain

In this specialized workshop, Essentrics Level 4 graduates will build upon the knowledge gained throughout their certification. Through daily Essentrics masterclasses and interactive lectures, you will learn about some of the latest scientific studies on fascia, music, and movement, and how to apply this knowledge to help reduce your students’ pain levels while increasing their rate of healing.

  • Advanced Class Design & Teaching Skills: Refine your instruction with advanced class design strategies, precision in cueing, and targeted corrections. Learn how to intuitively design effective and engaging routines, while helping your students rediscover full range of motion. Master the Essentrics techniques that will distinguish your classes and facilitate rapid transformations in your students.
  • The Art of Music in Movement: The workshop focuses on the essential role of music in Essentrics to support healing and guide movement. Analyze music and its relationship to the movement of muscles, fascia and joints. Learning how to meld movement and music, while understanding the neuromuscular benefits each musical selection offers, will make your classes more fun and your students’ ability to move with ease more rewarding. Learn how to create powerful playlists and use music to guide movement, improving the overall effectiveness and enjoyment of your classes.
  • Anatomy & Neurology: Deepen your anatomical knowledge with a focus on neurology and fascia training techniques that enhance connective tissue resilience and support function. Identify and prioritize corrections to address imbalances, elevating both group classes and personal training sessions. New insights will be offered on how to identify the difference between primary and secondary mistakes and how to apply efficient solutions.
  • The Psychology of Movement: Explore the intricate connection between emotional processes, chronic pain, and healing. Gain insight into the psychological aspects of movement and help guide your students to release muscle tension, improve their coordination, and explore their limits.

This 40-hour intensive workshop provides continuing education for Essentrics Level 4 Graduates. Upon attendance, instructors will be recognized for completion in Advanced Therapeutic Techniques (ATT) and can update their Find a Class Profile accordingly.

Participants will leave the workshop with:

  • A sharpened ability to provide insightful corrections
  • An enhanced ability to select and sequence music that complements the emotional affect and physiological requirements of each exercise
  • A deeper connection to music and an understanding of how to use it to motivate students, support healing, and facilitate neuromuscular response
