Rotating through a selection of workouts, this Essentrics class will help you rebalance your body while gaining strength & flexibility. Class will typically be outdoors, but we have a room reserved for inclement weather. This class is a fundraiser for Service Adventure at Beth-El Mennonite Church - $5 per class.
