Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorFive years ago I was training for my first marathon when I experienced excruciating sciatic pain non-stop for 4 days. An MRI revealed that I had a protruding disc. The surgeon gave me two options: 1) surgery, or 2) stop running for a year. I chose to stop running, and to strengthen my core so that the sciatic pain never comes back. I discovered Essentrics(R) and have been doing it daily to strengthen my core and rebalance my body so that the sciatic pain never comes back. So far it hasn't!
