Certified L4 Essentrics InstructorThis class is for all ages. We often focus on mobility, strengthening and stretching. Dr. Skelton is a level 4 instructor and a Chiropractor and has been teaching Essentrics for 6 years. This class is fun, sometimes gentle, sometimes more dynamic. Often specific concerns are handled after class or in complementary one on one classes especially for new students. Cost - $5 for 2 or more classes/week and $8 for one class/week or drop in.
