I found Essentrics® in 2016, and in April 2020 I started doing Essentrics® everyday for two months. The positive changes in my body were evident quickly which affirmed my decision to become an instructor. January 26, 2021 I became a Level 1 Essentrics® instructor and December 22, 2021 became a Level 2 instructor. I am excited about this wonderful exercise format and eager to spread the knowledge & benefits in Massachusetts.
