I have enjoyed 35+ years teaching all kinds of group fitness to participants both young and old. I discovered the Essentrics ® program in 2018 and knew right away I had found something outstanding. The satisfaction of witnessing others rebalance, restore their range of motion, increase their strength and become pain free has been incredible!
