Hi my name is Mary and would love to dynamically stretch and strengthen with you. I have just received my level 3 and am currently working on my level. 4 to help serve my clients even better. I teach Thursdays outdoors at a Burgoyne Woods in St.Catharines. This is a beautiful park with a striking view, under a covered pavilion. I also teach on Zoom every Saturday morning. Remember all bodies and all movements welcome!!!
