Essentrics and Classical Stretch have been such a treasure in my life. With a tight rope schedule I found it hard to fit in a fitness routine that balanced my work in healthcare, raising two brilliant children, and co-operating a construction business. When introduced to Essentrics I became hooked. Feeling confident, strong and balanced I convinced the rest of my family to take up this program as well.
