Certified L1 Essentrics InstructorfluidStrong Wellness was founded by Paulette Fara after “surviving” 13 years in a Human Resources Staffing & Recruiting career in Corporate America. Paulette has been teaching fitness classes in Metro Denver area for over 14 years and is certified in General Group instruction, mat Pilates, Yoga, T’ai Chi, Essentrics®, Meditation and Mindfulness. She teaches private classes and corporate wellness classes in home or in the office and currently via Zoom.
