I am a creative practitioner in movement education as a certified instructor of Essentrics® L4 With Honors, Eight Treasures™ QiGong, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Aroma Yoga®, 200 hr Yoga RYT, AFAA Primary Group Fitness Instructor and a practitioner of Trager® Psychophysical Integration. Through much personal change, I share the gifts of movement, spirit, and music with fellow students. Always learning, soon a Certified Aromatherapist.
