Gaby Hamelin

I have been teaching group fitness classes for the past twenty-two years. I have been practicing yoga for twenty years and teaching it for fifteen years. Most recently, I have completed my level 4 Essentrics teacher training and I have been teaching this wonderful discipline for the past 5 years. I am passionate about the holistic aspects of health.
