Movement for Healing

Your body is designed to be a self-healing machine. When provided with full body stretching and strengthening, most injuries, conditions and chronic pain can be healed, reversed or improved. Movement is the key; we need to move our bodies to refresh, nourish and revitalize our cells, which are the guardians of our health.  By gently moving your full body, a slow-paced  Essentrics  workout or  Essentrics  pain-relief workout will provide key tools to begin the healing process.

Pain

Chronic pain is neither normal nor inevitable—we are meant to be pain-free throughout our lives. To achieve this, we must move all of our 650 muscles and 360 joints. Nearly all musculoskeletal pain is rooted in muscle imbalance which can be improved through full body rebalancing workouts.

Injury
