There is science behind Essentrics, and it’s the reason you experience real results.
As you age, you might be feeling changes in your body that you think you have no control over, when in reality – you do! Our muscle mass contains cells that keep our energy up, help us burn calories and many more important functions. When comparing muscle mass loss per decade of a semi-sedentary and physically active person, you’ll notice a significant difference in the rate of decline (see diagram below). Although we naturally lose some of these cells as we age, it is at a much lower rate if we stay or become active.
