Certified L2 Essentrics InstructorHello! My name is Wendy Lopez and I have been a certified Thai Massage Practitioner, Yoga and Pilates Instructor, and Reiki Master for over 15 years. I discovered Classic Stretch in early 2012 while reading a Chatelaine magazine. Having a passion for health and wellness, I was intrigued by the exercises in the article and immediately started to perform them; I was hooked!! I quickly began the teacher training certification and every day since then, I start my morning by doing Classical Stretch.
