Rebecca Armstrong

After retiring from her marketing position with MasterCard in 2011, Rebecca took up yoga and began to explore other forms of movement as well. In the course of her exploration, Rebecca became a fan of the Classical Stretch by Essentrics® program on PBS, and decided she was ready for a new challenge. She has studied and taught Essentrics for more than five years, earning her full certification as a Level 4 Essentrics instructor in October 2021. Rebecca lives in Madison, CT.
