Our Live Teacher Trainings have resumed after a long break!

In April, May & June, instructors came from across Canada, the US, and even Japan to join us in Montreal and at the Omega Institute. With a special focus on corrections, musicality, and alignment analysis, these workshops generated deeper learning and growth. Nothing compares to these immersive experiences where you can connect with like-minded individuals who share the common goal of helping others. Teachers left with a newfound inspiration to explore the essence of an Essentrics Workout: creating a high-quality, in-person class experience.

Even if you are already certified, the live trainings are a great continuing education option. Some attendees completed their level(s) of certification during the pandemic, and this was their first opportunity to attend a Live Teacher Training. These are designed to help you be successful in every class you teach, so you are always welcome to attend.

Fall events will be announced soon!

The Art of Teaching

Today’s tip is from Montreal instructor Sumara, who shares how she organizes her music to efficiently build any playlist.

“I save my songs in various categories which include both tempo or specific exercise; warmup, trademark, toning, pliés, stretches, etc. This helps me to quickly build up a playlist when the time comes. You should find your own way to be able to effectively find songs that you are looking for later.”
